Present Performed managerial roles throughout various departments within the Medical Center. Completed a Business Plan for the opening of a new outpatient clinic that was approved by the Ohio Board of Regents. Developed websites for several departments within the hospital.
August 2004- Baylor University Hospital-Clinical Dietitian
Present Provide medical nutritional therapy and complete nutritional assessments for long-
term acute-care patients. Educate patients, family and hospital staff on therapeutic diets. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings. Maintain accurate records to comply with JCAHO regulations.
